What helps us quote fast
- Photos and rough dimensions. Or the drawing, if you have one.
- What traffic it takes. Forklifts, trucks, foot only — it changes the spec entirely.
- Your operating constraints. Hours the site can't be disrupted, units that can't lose access.
- How many sites. Managing several? We'll assess and quote them together.

What happens after you send it
- Today or tomorrow — we review your photos and come back with a written quote, or ask one or two questions if something isn't clear.
- If it needs a look in person — new pours, commercial sites, or anything where we need to check the base. We come out free, and quote within 48 hours of the visit.
- If you go ahead — we book a date that suits you. First payment is 50% the day the crew arrives, not before.
- If you don't — that's fine. Your price is held 21 days if you change your mind, and we won't call you about it.
Working with property managers
Roughly a third of what we do is commercial. Loading docks, warehouse slabs, plaza sidewalks and curbs, parking areas, equipment pads — across single sites and multi-property portfolios.
The site keeps running
We stage work section by section and run overnight or weekends where a site can't lose access. On plaza work we sequence it so no storefront is cut off for more than a day.
Paperwork sorted upfront
Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance sent before work starts. We invoice on your terms and work to purchase orders where that's how your accounting runs.
Several properties, one quote
If you manage a portfolio, we'll assess them together, quote them together, and schedule across the season — rather than making you chase a contractor per site.
Priced against comparison
Most of our commercial clients collect three or four quotes as policy. We're used to being one of them, and we price knowing you'll compare.

How long until I hear back?
Photo quotes come back within one business day. If your job needs a site visit, we'll reach out to book one and quote within 48 hours of the visit.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Photo quotes and site visits are both free, with no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing and we won't chase you.
What if my photos aren't good enough to quote from?
Then we'll tell you, and either ask for one more angle or offer to come out. You won't get silence.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. Nothing is due when you accept the quote. It's 50% on the day work starts and 50% when it's finished.
Can you send insurance and WSIB documents?
Yes — certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are available on request and we send them before work starts. Standard for commercial sites, and available to homeowners who want them too.
Can my concrete be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes — more often than people expect. Surface damage like spalling, flaking and hairline cracking is usually a repair or resurfacing job. We do all three, so the option we recommend isn't the one we happen to be equipped for.
