After

Porch & step repair

Toronto

The problem: Spalling across the treads and broken front edges. The structure underneath was sound.

What we did: Rebuilt the damaged edges and resurfaced the whole porch as one piece. No demolition, no repour — a fraction of what a rebuild would have cost.

Concrete steps repair

Oshawa

The problem: Treads worn and breaking away at the nosings, unsafe underfoot in winter.

What we did: Rebuilt the damaged sections and refinished the full flight so the repair blends rather than patches.

New concrete driveway

Toronto

The problem: Old slab broken through and settled — the base underneath had failed, so resurfacing would only have hidden it.

What we did: Removed the old driveway, excavated and recompacted the base, framed and reinforced, then poured with proper slope away from the house.

After

Basement entrance resurfacing

Oakville

The problem: Walk-out steps crumbling at the edges and holding water at the bottom.

What we did: Rebuilt the damaged sections, corrected the fall so water drains away, then resurfaced and sealed the whole entrance.

Step & garage floor replacement

Toronto

The problem: The steps and the garage floor had both failed — cracked through and past the point where a repair would have held.

What we did: Replaced the steps and poured a new garage floor. We let the new floor cure fully, then returned 30 days later to apply a Vulkem Traffic Coating — a waterproof, durable finish done at the right time, not rushed.

Porch, steps & wall repair with flake polyaspartic

Toronto

The problem: Cracking and spalling across the porch, steps and adjoining wall — the surfaces breaking away, but the structure still sound.
