The look of stone, brick or slate — at a fraction of the price.
Stamped and decorative finishes for driveways, patios, pool decks, porches and walkways across the GTA — laid over your existing concrete as an overlay, or poured new and stamped from scratch. We'll tell you honestly which one your project needs.

They sound similar but they're completely different jobs — and knowing which one you need is the difference between a few thousand dollars and a full installation. Which are you?
I already have concrete
Your driveway, patio or walkway is structurally sound but plain, dated or worn. We bond a decorative stamped layer over the existing slab — no tear-out, a fraction of a rebuild, done in days.

No slab yet, or the old one has failed and needs replacing. We pour brand-new concrete and stamp the pattern and colour in as it's placed — the decorative finish built in from the ground up.
See stamped new concreteA decorative, stamped cementitious layer bonded over your existing slab. The look of natural stone, brick or slate — without the cost, mess or weeks of a full replacement. Ideal when the concrete underneath is still sound.
A brand-new concrete installation with the pattern and colour stamped in as the concrete is placed. For projects with no existing slab, or where the old concrete has failed and has to be replaced anyway — the decorative finish is built into the pour itself, not laid on top.

Already have stamped concrete that's faded or cracked? That's a different job — restoration, not a new finish. See our stamped concrete repair & restoration page. Not sure which column is you? Text three photos and we'll tell you honestly.
The look
Whether it's an overlay or a new pour, the finish is where the character comes from. A few of the most-requested across the GTA:
Ashlar slate, random stone and flagstone patterns — the most popular for patios and pool decks.
Running-bond brick and European fan cobblestone for driveways and walkways.
Spray-texture and knockdown finishes — grippy underfoot, ideal around pools.
A premium decorative overlay system in a wide range of colours and stone-like finishes.
Prefer a seamless, flexible finish over a stamped pattern? Graniflex and epoxy & flake systems are worth comparing too — we install all of them, so the recommendation follows your project.
The process
We look at your concrete (or the space for a new pour) and tell you honestly whether an overlay or a new install is the right call — in writing.
Pick from stone, brick, slate and cobblestone patterns and 20+ colours to match your home and hardscaping.
Overlay: prep and bond the decorative layer. New pour: excavate, base, reinforce and place fresh concrete — then stamp the pattern in.
Release colour, detailing, then a protective sealer that guards against salt, UV and wear and brings the pattern to life.

"As a corporate management company we require four quotes at the very minimum before any project gets approved. Hubert and his team were the perfect candidate to deliver top quality work at a reasonable cost."
Questions
A stamped overlay is a decorative layer bonded on top of your existing concrete — no tear-out, faster and cheaper, ideal when the slab underneath is sound. Stamped new concrete is a brand-new pour with the pattern and colour stamped in as it's placed — for projects with no slab, or where the old concrete has failed and must be replaced. We assess your project and tell you which one fits before quoting.
It depends on which service you need — an overlay over sound concrete costs far less than a full new installation — plus the area, pattern complexity and site access. That's why we price after assessing, in writing, with options side by side and your price held for 21 days. Text three photos for a quote, usually within one business day.
In most cases, yes — if the existing slab is structurally sound, a stamped overlay transforms it without tear-out. If the concrete is cracked through, heaved or failing, an overlay would just crack again, and a new pour is the honest recommendation. The assessment settles which one your slab can take.
With proper sealing, stamped concrete lasts for many years in Toronto's climate. Reseal every 2–3 years to protect against salt, UV and freeze-thaw, and keep it clean — that's essentially the whole maintenance routine. We seal every project on completion and tell you when the next reseal is due.
Yes — that's restoration, a different service from a new finish. We repair, recolour and reseal existing stamped concrete to bring it back to life. See our dedicated stamped concrete repair & restoration page.
