Most residential repairs and resurfacing jobs are one to two days on site. A porch or steps rebuild is typically two to five days. A full driveway replacement runs three to five days depending on size and how much demolition is involved.

New concrete then needs curing time before it takes weight. We'll tell you exactly how long before you can drive or walk on it, and that timeline is in your quote, not a surprise at the end.

A written warranty on every job: three years on new concrete and on overlays, and ten years on coatings depending on the surface they're applied to. The terms are in your quote before you sign, not produced afterwards.

We also keep photos of every job we complete, which protects you if a question ever comes up about what was there before we started.

Exterior pours and most resurfacing run from roughly April through November, when temperatures stay above freezing through the curing period. If waiting until spring is the better call for your job, we'll tell you rather than take it.

Interior work carries on all winter: basement floors, garage floors and epoxy coatings.
