Why we show prices at all
Most contractors won't. The reason is usually that a number scares people off before there's a chance to sell them something.
We'd rather the opposite. If the range above is more than you want to spend, you've saved a Saturday morning and so have we. If it's in the right area, you already know roughly where you stand before anyone sets foot on your property — and the quote we send will have two or three priced options on it, not one take-it-or-leave-it number.
