Toronto Concrete Repairs

Services

Concrete services in Toronto & the GTA

We repair, resurface and replace concrete — all three, in-house. That matters more than it sounds: a contractor who only pours new concrete will always find a reason to pour new concrete. Here's everything we do, and how to tell which one you actually need.

Repair, resurface or replace?

Nearly every concrete problem falls into one of three buckets. Work out which one you're in before you go any further — it's the difference between a $4,000 job and a $20,000 one.

1

Repair it

The damage is local — a cracked step, one bad section, a chipped edge. The rest of the concrete is sound and the base underneath hasn't moved.

Concrete repair
2

Resurface it

Spalling, flaking or staining across a wide area, but the slab underneath is structurally fine. A new surface bonded over old concrete, at a fraction of a rebuild.

Concrete resurfacing
3

Replace it

Broken clean through, sunk because the base washed out, or steps pulling away from the house. Resurfacing here only hides it for a season.

Concrete replacement

Every quote we send prices two or three of these side by side, with what each costs and how long it lasts. You pick — not us.

Commercial & industrial

Commercial concrete services

Roughly a third of what we do. Property managers, plazas, warehouses and industrial sites across the GTA — scheduled so the site keeps operating, with certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance sent before work starts.

Commercial clients include: Farm Boy, Duka Property Management, Porta, Huber Group and The Chesterfield Shop.

Process

How we work

1

You send photos, or we come out

Three photos is usually enough to price from — one wide shot, one close-up of the damage, one of the whole area. Bigger jobs, new pours and commercial sites get a site visit. Both free.

2

You get two or three priced options

Repair, resurface or replace, with what each costs and how long each lasts. Not one take-it-or-leave-it number. Your price is held 21 days.

3

You decide, then we build

You pick the option that fits — and if the honest answer is that your concrete has another season in it, we'll tell you that too. Our crew arrives on the scheduled date and the site is left clean.

Every job

What every job includes

An honest recommendation. We do repair, resurfacing and replacement, so the option we suggest isn't the only thing we're equipped for.

Written warranty — terms in the quote before you sign, not produced afterwards.

Photos of every stage so you can see what went in under the finished surface.

A clean site. Swept, tools gone, nothing left behind at the end of each day.

Licensed, insured and WSIB covered. Certificates on request, before work starts.

A price that holds. Written quotes, held 21 days, that don't change after the work starts.

Questions

Common questions

Most concrete can be repaired. Replacement is the honest answer when cracks run the full depth of the slab, when the concrete has heaved or sunk because the base underneath failed, or when the surface has deteriorated past the point where a repair has sound concrete to bond to. The fastest way to find out is to text us three photos — we'll tell you which one yours is, in writing.

Both put a new surface over your existing concrete. A concrete overlay is a thin bonded layer — the economical option, with a three-year warranty. Graniflex is a flexible, seamless membrane system that bridges hairline movement and carries a ten-year warranty — our most-specified exterior finish. We'll price both on the same quote so you can compare directly.

Yes. A single cracked step, one settled slab, one section of walkway — those are normal work for us, and they get the same written quote and warranty as a full driveway.

Most exterior concrete work runs from spring through late fall. Some repairs and most interior work — garage floors, basements, epoxy and polishing — happen year-round. Certain materials have minimum application temperatures, and we'll tell you honestly if your job should wait for warmer weather rather than be done badly in the cold.

Yes — photo quotes and site visits are both free, with no obligation. Text photos and you'll usually have a written quote back within one business day; jobs that need a site visit are quoted within 48 hours of the visit.

In most cases, yes. We stage commercial work in sections and schedule overnight and weekend shifts where needed so plazas, warehouses and buildings keep operating. Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are sent before work starts. See our commercial concrete page for details.

Yes to all three. We carry full liability insurance and every person on our crews is covered by WSIB. Certificates are available on request — ask and we'll send them before work starts.

2 · Close-up

Right up to the worst crack or the most damaged corner.

3 · The whole area

Everything you'd want quoted, in one frame if you can.

Back to you within one business day · No one will chase you
