Garage floor repair · Toronto & the GTA
Cracked, pitted, dusting or spalling garage floor? We repair the concrete you have — properly, with rebar and surface cuts, not a quick skim — and only recommend replacement when repair genuinely won't hold. Straight answers, written quotes, held 21 days.
Can your garage floor be repaired?
Cracks, surface pitting, spalling and a dusty, flaking surface are usually damage to the top of the slab, not a sign the whole floor has failed. When the concrete underneath is still sound, repairing and refinishing it costs a fraction of a full tear-out — and lasts.
The honest test: if the damage is on the surface — cracks, pitting, spalling, dusting — it can almost always be repaired. If the slab has sunk, heaved, or cracked all the way through because the base beneath it failed, repair only hides the problem and the floor needs replacing. Because we do both, the option we recommend is the one your floor actually needs — not the one that pays us more.
What we fix
Whatever your floor is doing, there's a good chance we've fixed it many times across Toronto and the GTA.
Hairline to wide structural cracks — routed out, filled and, where needed, reinforced so they don't reopen through the next freeze-thaw cycle.
Flaking, popped and pitted surfaces ground back to sound concrete and refinished smooth, so the floor stops shedding and looks clean again.
A floor that constantly powders means a weak surface layer. We remove it, harden the slab and seal it so it stays solid and easy to keep clean.
The cracked front edge where the floor meets the driveway takes the worst of the weather. We rebuild it so water and salt stop working their way in.
Lifted or uneven sections levelled and blended so the floor is safe underfoot and flat enough to finish or coat.
Planning epoxy or polyaspartic? A sound, repaired floor is the difference between a coating that lasts and one that peels. We prep it right first.
The honest call
Plenty of floors that look "gone" only need a repair. A few genuinely need replacing. Here's how we decide — and we'll always show you why.
If your floor falls in the second column, we also do full tear-outs and new pours — see garage floor replacement. Not sure which you need? Text us three photos and we'll tell you honestly.

How we work
We look at the cracks, the surface and the slab's movement — in person or from your photos — and tell you honestly whether it's a repair or a replacement.
We grind back to sound concrete, open up cracks properly and clean the surface so the repair bonds to the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
Cracks filled and reinforced, pitting and spalling rebuilt, the apron and lip restored — with rebar and surface cuts where the job calls for it.
The floor is refinished and sealed — or prepped for the epoxy or polyaspartic coating of your choice — and the site left clean.

Toronto Concrete Repair gave a competitive quote for a quality repair including rebar and surface cuts — it appears to be the only way they do the work. They fit me in shortly after I agreed and the work was complete in two days. The foreman patiently explained the process as it happened. I only regret not having done this sooner.
The next morning Hubert arrived to give me an estimate to repair cracks and chips on my garage floor and then apply a 4-coat epoxy coating. His price was fair and within days he was able to start. Hubert and his workers were timely, friendly and courteous until the job was complete. I am very satisfied and the floor looks great!
I had my garage floor repaired and Hubert was very pleasant and professional to deal with. He returned my calls promptly and started the job on time. Mustafa, who worked on the repairs, did an amazing job — very detail-oriented and explained what he was doing as he moved along. Repairs were completed on time and the cleanup was to my satisfaction.
